Josh came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. He was proactive in anticipating my needs and would make adjustments to fit my schedule. Josh was amazing. This was my third home to purchase and hopefully my last. This house search was the best and we're very satisfied with the negotiated price. Josh displayed an unlimited amount of patience. He took the time to answer all our questions and ensured full understanding. He has great working knowledge and always displayed high integrity.
